Taking Car Seat Care for Baby.

Having a child is a wondrous event in anyone's life. If you have a little one, I can honestly say that it's the most amazing experience of my life, so far. Okay, may be I am only 30 years old but I willing to bet that this experience will be very difficult to top.

I felt really amazed even before my daughter was actually born. I just couldn't believe how close I felt to her when she actually arrived. Just see how you yourself feel when your baby arrives. For me I was left in blissful wonder.

What I would like to concentrate on here, however, are all the safety measures. that must be taken to preserve that most precious life,such safety measures are most crucial. I will say, without hesitation and with utter conviction that child car seat safety, is imperative for every parent to consider.

We all know and understand how dangerous motor vehicles are anyway, but motor cars and automobiles are so much part of our daily lives nowadays, that they just cannot be 'done without'.. But just imagine what could happen to your child, if he/she is not properly secured in his or her car seat?

What is your current knowledge about child car seat safety? Are you fully aware of the current child car seat safety laws?

My child was born back in 1999 and I thought that the car seats then were sufficiently very safe. However, now that I no longer use the car seat, I took it from the garage the other day to give to the 'Goodwill'. This is in fact not exactly how things turned out. I noticed that my car seat had actually 'expired'. Yes, I did say 'expired'. It know this may sound funny, but it is completely true!

Times have already changed since the date this car seat, was, "state of the art" and this means also, that the child car seat safety rules and regulations have certainly evolved, and have been updated. The result is that the car seat I had purchased in '99 is now 'old-school'. Isn't that funny? I was certainly surprised, that it was so.

What really does bother me, is when I see a parent without the slightest respect for child car seat safety. I hate to say it, but I see people sometimes cruising around in their cars with a passenger actually with a baby held in their arms. Have these people no imagination whatsoever? This is so utterly, and unbelievably idiotic ! What on earth do they think will happen to that infant if they get into an accident?

The unfortunate child will just go flying, sometimes right out of the car, or they could be crushed by the person holding them. They are in mortal danger! It is a truly sad sight when such uncaring folks have no regard for child car seat safety. They are seriously putting the child's young life at risk.

How about you yourself? Are you as respectful of child car seat safety, as perhaps you should be? If you are not, you could at least be respectful of your child, who would be the innocent victim of your ignorance and apathy. I'm very sure that having read this far you would certainly not allow such unbelievable risks to be taken on the life of your child.

Never ever drive without your child is secure in his or her child car seat. There should be no exceptions to that vital rule!
