Choosing baby shower favors can sometimes be difficult. Mainly I think, because we want our gift to appeal to the adults who attend the special baby shower event. But we still like to think that we should stick to a 'baby theme'. Achieving this can be a challenge, especially when we consider that many of the guests don't have baby's or little ones themselves.

While you would love to choose 'cute little bears', I'm not sure if they would be appreciated by everyone who attends the baby shower. I myself hate the idea of using candy in fabric 'pull tie baggies'. Eventually for me the quest for the perfect baby shower favors ended in "wax".

My 'Teddy Bear' decision didn't come easily, because I had many other options, because there was so much choice in the range of candles.There were four other candles that really 'stood out', like for instance the teddy bear etched on a frosted glass votive holder. I could of course have simply opted for 'white wax'. But I didn't find this as attractive when compared to the colorful bear on the rocking horse, baby shower favor.

I'm very happy with my choice of baby shower favors. I am very confident that the guests, as well as the new baby, will love the candles. This will also be something that will last as a memory for a very long time and will be a wonderful reminder of a very happy 'baby shower'
